The ESD and SSV valves are an integrated electro-hydraulic flow power unit designed to operate hydraulic actuators for flowline PwrESD surface safety valves. The compact system design provides a minimal added footprint to the SSV while providing local and remote open and close functions. to the valve. The system comes with a 1/4 to 1 HP (0.18 to 0.75 kW) 24 VDC or AC motor for remote opening and holding in the fully open position. It also includes a backup hydraulic hand pump. A low power 24 VDC solenoid valve (0.85 W) is used to maintain pressure in the low pressure circuit to control the opening and closing operation of the SSV. The system can house pressure transmitters, limit switches, position transmitters, and hydraulic fluid level switches in an explosion-proof electrical enclosure for wiring to a Stream-Flo Intelligent Valve Controller (IVC), Distributed Control System (DCS), or Integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The components of Oil and gas well valve are three main valves:

In the middle part of the well valves, there are three valves, each of which is connected to one of the shells of the well equipment and is connected to each of these valves to show the pressure of the manometer shell.
A display is installed on the right side of the well valves to display the well pressure. The Wing and Master valves are located on the surface, and to close the well, the Master, Wing and SSSV valves are closed respectively. In this way, the valves are closed from the top, and to open it, you have to do the opposite.
